Sheraton Hotel provided a truly sensational experience, from the moment we stepped into the lobby to the comfort of our room overlooking the beautiful central garden. The impeccable service and attention to detail, like the thoughtful differentiation of toothbrush colors for couples, truly set this hotel apart. The diverse breakfast spread catering to both Western and Chinese palates was a delightful way to start the day, and the convenient location near the Xi Xi wetlands made exploring the surroundings a breeze. With the spacious room, cozy balcony, and top-notch amenities including a relaxing bath tub, Sheraton exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitality and value for money.
